Liberty Hall Restaurant is located in the 1st floor with flowery balcony overlooking the rice fields. Try our breakfast buffet, lunch or dinner here to satisfy your taste. You can also order an outdoor BBQ party that will be served in the garden of the first floor next to green rice fields so that you can enjoy your meals at the same time with fresh mountain breezes.

Open from 6h30am to 9h30pm, Liberty Hall Restaurant provides signature dishes of our hotel from local to European cuisine. One of our visitors, Mr. Jeppe Jorgensen from Denmark told to our chef that “Your dishes are so delicious, they are sweet, but not the one of sugar and spicy. It is your own local taste”. It is true, our chef is very careful. He always has the finest and freshest selection for meals: animals are alive and vegetables are freshly picked to keep the sweet taste. If there is an un-alive shrimp, he will surely check and remove it. It takes only 3 minutes to reach to our local market, our staff will go to market every day before meals and food are bought enough for a day to ensure they are fresh and delicious. Under the skillful hands of our passionate chef, the dishes are always meticulously cooked, delicious from sight to taste.

A snack will be ready and served at room or garden at your request. Other option is some fresh local fruit with a cocktail at hotel bar.
